"Land That I Love Pinkeep Pillow"

I love stitching pinkeeps.  Irish Linen was used for the stitching.  The hand dyed threads give the Pinkeep a soft faded look.  The backing is a reproduction fabric from the Old Sturbridge Village collection.  Walnut crystals and pure cotton stuffing give the Pinkeep that aged and primitive look.  Attached to the front are Civil War era bone buttons.  I have primitively cross stitched the seams around the outer edge. This original design is by "Nan Lewis".  The measurements are approximately 11 and 1/4 inches by 5 and 3/4 inches. Offered at $39.00 plus shipping and handling.

"Primitive Mt. Victory School Sampler"

I love this primitive style that a young girl just learning to stitch would have made.  My stitching was done on straw linen that has been aged with walnut crystals.  No glass on this one for a nice early look.  The frame on the sampler is vintage.  I have sealed the back of the sampler with brown paper.  A saw tooth hook is included for hanging.  Outside measurements of the frame are approximately 9 inches by 10 inches.  "Stitches of Olde" has designed this sampler.  Offered at $45.00 plus shipping and handling.

"Where Liberty Dwells Pinkeep Pillow "

This is another fun patriotic stitch by "Nan Lewis".  I have used Irish linen aged with walnut crystals for the stitching.  A Civil War era reproduction fabric was used for the backing.  The pinkeep is stuffed with pure cotton batting. Civil war era bone buttons are attached to the front.  I have primitively cross stitched the outer seams of the pillow.  Measurements are approximately 10 inches by 5 and 1/2 inches. SOLD

"Spotted Pig Hand Hooked Wool Mat"

This adorable 14 inch mat with its spotted pig was fun to hook using several textures and overdyed wools.   The pattern is a "Winter Cottage" design.  The mat is bound in wool strips encased in cording.  I hooked this mat using primitive linen.  This mat can be displayed on either a table or used as a chair mat.  Offered at $75.00 plus shipping and handling.

"Blue Tulip Long Pillow"

What a wonderful primitive design by "Primitive Bettys" with lots of stitching.  I have stitched this pattern in shades of blue on hand dyed raw linen.  This pillow is backed with an attractive  hand dyed blue wool which complements the stitching on the front.   The pillow is filled with pure cotton stuffing.  I have primitively cross stitched the outside seams of the pillow.  Measurements are approximately 15 inches by 7 and 1/4 inches. Offered at $38.00 plus shipping and handling.
